Dr Sotiris NICHOLAS
Consultant Anaesthetist
Dr Sotiris Nicholas is a dedicated Consultant Anaesthetist, bringing a wealth of experience in Anaesthesia and peri-operative medicine across a range of surgical specialties.
He qualified from Imperial College London and undertook his Anaesthetic Specialist Training at both Imperial College London and University College London (UCL) Hospitals. He was subsequently appointed as a Consultant Anaesthetist at The Whittington Hospital NHS Trust in North London in 2016.
Dr Nicholas provides anaesthesia for a broad range of surgical specialties including Gynaecology, General surgery, Urology, Orthopaedics and Trauma, Cosmetic, Spinal and Dental surgery.
He has Advanced Sub-Specialty training in Obstetrics, Bariatrics and Paediatrics; and is also an Honorary Clinical Associate Professor at UCL.
Dr Nicholas has a keen interest in the provision of anaesthesia to exceptionally anxious patients undergoing Caesarean Sections as well as those having dental procedures with sedation.
